Purpose of Phoenix of Grace Ministries LLC

    • • Expand the reach of the gospel beyond the walls of a single church.
    • • Address specific needs such as evangelism, discipleship training, social services
    • • Equip believers for broader mission work, often in areas like apologetics, campus outreach, and or mission fields.

  6. Reporting Structure – Who the employee reports to

Phase 1

To lead and coordinate evangelism and discipleship efforts to reach veterans and others in a designated mission field, supporting the para ministry’s local outreach goals.

Purpose Phase 2:

  • •  Plan and execute Evangelism Events, Bible Studies, Worship Services, Counseling Sessions, Community Bonding Sessions, Veterans Helping Veterans Program.
  • •  Train local partners in ministry skills.
  • •  Train Volunteers in Evangelism and Mission Work.
  • •  Execute outreach for the Veteran Community.
  • •  Developing and maintaining relationships within local churches, businesses, local and state civic organizations to build supportive bridges in the community.
